- Location & Visit Data: GPS location coordinates (captured only during site visit logging to verify client property visits).

4. Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

How to Request Account Deletion:
- In-App Self-Service: Registered brokers can delete their account directly within the app by navigating to My Profile → Account Security & Settings → Delete Account.
- Email Support Request: You can also send an account deletion request email to sales@adinathbuilders.com with your registered phone number or email address.
Data Deactivation Notice: Upon requesting account deletion, your user session is immediately terminated, login access is revoked, and your profile is deactivated. Historical business audit records (such as completed plot bookings and financial ledger logs) are retained under Rajasthan RERA and tax compliance requirements.
